2026-2027 Madison Irish Dance Registration

This registration form must be filled out for each dancer enrolling in any of our classes in order to secure their spot in class. After registering for class, you will receive a monthly tuition invoice through email, processed via Square, due by the first of each month.

The 2026-2027 studio season runs September 10th 2026 - June 24th, 2027, with breaks aligned to the Madison Metropolitan School District calendar.

If you have more than one dancer in your household, please submit a separate form for each dancer.

Shamrock (ages 3-5) - Thursdays, 4:00-4:30

Youth Beginner I (ages 5.5+) - Thursdays, 4:45-5:30

Youth Beginner II / Intermediate - Thursdays , 5:30-6:25

Adult Beginner - Thursdays, 6:30-7:25

Adult Intermediate - Thursdays, 7:30-8:25

Adult Advanced - Thursdays, 8:30-9:25

Monthly invoices are processed via Square.

Tuition is due the first of each month.

Tuition and registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Should you choose to pause classes, Madison Irish Dance must receive 60 days notice via email at info@madisonirishdance.com

Tuition that is 5 days past due is subject to a $10 late fee.
